Precious Metal Bank (PMB) Program.

1.          What happens after 24 months when no more monthly gains are issued?

After 24 months, clients may sell back their purchased gold and collect back their principal amount. They may also choose to redeem and receive the gold in physical form.
2.          How long will I get PMB monthly bonuses for?

All purchases regardless of quantity or promotion period will receive monthly gains for 24 months. For example, a client who purchases in September 2013 will receive bonuses until September 2015.
3.When I make a purchase, will I receive anything from the company?

Yes. All clients will receive a Welcome Pack that is issued from the company.We strongly advise clients to provide us with the most up to date mailing address information.
4.          How do i redeem Physical Gold?

To perform a Physical Gold Redemption, clients can select the ‘Gold Redemption’ option under the ‘Finance Management’ section or click on the ‘Redeem Gold’ button situated next to the ‘Total Gold Purchased’ section.

In this section, clients can request to redeem their Gold in physical form.

* Please kindly note that a 7% administrative charge is applicable for ALL Physical Gold Redemption.
5.          What is the Gold Collection Process and procedure?

Currently, there are two methods to perform this action:
1) Personal Collection:
Clients can collect their Physical Gold personally by making an appointment with our company.
At the point of Gold Collection, clients are required to produce a photocopied copy of their Photo ID (Passport or National ID) for Identity Verification Checks.
2) Collection on Behalf:
Alternatively, clients can authorize another person to perform the Gold Collection using the ‘Collection on Behalf’ method.
For security purposes, clients are required to produce the following douments:
1) Photocopied copy of client’s Passport or National ID with client’s signature
2) Photocopied copy of collector’s Passport or National ID with collector’s signature
3) Letter of Authorization

During the Gold Collection Process, our service staff will perform a phone verification procedure with the client. This implementation is to ensure the authenticity of the collection.
* Please kindly note that all Gold Collections are by appointment only. For security reasons, our company does not entertain any walk in requests.

6.          How long does the Physical Gold Redemption Process take?

The Physical Gold Redemption Process takes 30 days to process. After the 30 days period, clients can choose to collect their Physical Gold personally or authorize another person to perform a ‘Collection on Behalf’ from our Gold Collection Office in Shenzhen, China.

* Please kindly note that all Gold Collections are by appointment only. For security purpose, our company does not entertain any walk in requests.


7.          How long does the withdrawal process take?

There are two window periods for cash withdrawals:
1) Withdrawals performed from the 1st – 15th of every month.
2) Withdrawals performed from the 16th to the Last day of every month.

For ALL withdrawals performed between the period of 1st - 15th of the month, clients can expect to receive their funds by the Last day of the same month.

For ALL withdrawals performed between the period of 16th - Last day of the month, clients can expect to receive their funds by the 15th of the following month.


8.          What is contained in my Welcome Pack?

All new members to the Precious Metals Bank program will receive a Welcome Pack containing our company Welcome Letter, a CD version of our Corporate Profile, our customer relations contact details, a Gold Certificate and an Invoice for their purchase.
For example:
If Client A perform a withdrawal on 2nd Aug 2013, Client A can expect to receive the funds by 31st Aug 2013.
If Client B perform a withdrawal on the 29th Aug 2013, Client B can expect to receive the funds by 15th Sep 2013.


* Please kindly note that the abovementioned scenario is under the assumption that clients’ bank information is accurate and complete. Delays can be expected should clients not provide our company with the most up to date and accurate bank information.
